What areas does Denova advise on?
Denova offers Financial Advisory, Financial Restructuring, Concordat Advisory, Legal Advisory and Corporate Solutions Advisory tailored to each company. Through our legal services we also support individual clients.
Are your services only for companies in financial difficulty?
No. We work with any company that wants to strengthen its structure, manage risk and grow sustainably.
Is concordat the answer to every financial problem?
No. Concordat (konkordato) is not right for every company. We first analyse the financial and legal position, then choose the best path. That might be financial restructuring, legal advice or other strategic steps.
What is financial restructuring?
It is the process of analysing a company’s finances to make its debt manageable, improve cash flow and restore financial sustainability.
What does concordat advisory cover?
Preparing the preliminary concordat project, financial analysis, improvement plans, planning the court application and managing the concordat process from both a financial and a legal angle.
What is discussed in the first meeting?
Your field of activity, financial structure, current problems, legal matters and goals. From that we outline a roadmap suited to your company.

Yes. All information and documents are handled under strict confidentiality, and we take the security of shared data seriously.
Do you work with companies outside Eskişehir?
Yes. We are based in Eskişehir and serve companies across Türkiye. Meetings can be in person or online, and we can work in English or German.
